An excellent opportunity for Safety – Officer has arisen to join our HSE Dept team. Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to Safety Coordinator. You will you ensure to co-ordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimize exposure to personal injury and plant and equipment damage. To assist Line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs ; act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required; provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to mining supervisory level to helps them fulfill their Safety responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma Degree in relevant field (OHS), Previous experience in Safety Admin/ administrative role; technical knowledge in TCI obligations and standards, Thiess Management Systems; Statutory requirements, familiar with Safety management at all levels; good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred
Chief Security

An excellent opportunity for Chief Security as arisen to join our BSF team. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Supervisor Support Service. You manage security performance to meet user satisfaction.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to perform good service in handling security of the customer/employee; make sure procedure and system is implemented as standard daily operation; handling security activities in company area with zero complaint; make sure to all company assets in Balikpapan Support Facilities in safe condition; to manage all security in good team; doing coordination continuously with related institution, Police dept. Bina Mitra, etc.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Senior High School (SMU) with 2 years experiences in similar position/Chief Security. The candidate should have good in health, honest, hard worker, good relationship, good in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.
