Due to exciting growth this government affiliated organization is now seeking an experienced policy professional to join its large and multifaceted team. So if you are seeking a role that will offer diversity and an exciting challenge then this may be the opportunity for you!
You will be expected to perform a myriad of duties which will include but are not limited to:
- The development of policies and procedural documentation relating safety management systems.
- Provide on-going training and advice around improved safety culture and new procedures to a wide audience.
- The development and provision of reports both written and verbal in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have worked in a large complex organization. Due to its level of diversity this role would suit a professional who has experience both writing policy as well as delivering this policy to teams. You will thus need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders. A background delivering training sessions would be highly beneficial. Exposure to ISO certification standards would be highly desirable.
