A leading wood-base panel company located in Palembang, South Sumatra is looking for well qualified and self motivated individuals to fill the following positions for:
Safety, Health & Environmental Engineer (SHE)
Sumatera Selatan
Responsibilities:
The Safety Health and Environmental Engineer will have the responsibility of developing and maintaining of SAFETY, HEALTH, and ENVIRONMENT (SHE) Policy and programs for the company to ensure: Safety, health environment and security policy is defined, communicated & implemented as per Group/ local statutory requirement, continuous improvement in employee & safety, work environment and environmental impact of the company’s operations, regular update & maintenance of SHE system documentation, security of Employees and Company property.
Requirements:
- Male (age min 30 years old)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or Related Field (preferable AK3 Certificate Holder)
- Minimum of 3 years of SHE experience in manufacturing or processing industry
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Self motivated, initiative, able to work under minimum supervision & with tight deadline
- Must be proficient in computer operations (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiar with the SHE Specifications SMK3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, & the local Regulatory.
- Capable to develop & implement highest standards for Safety, Zero accident, Environment & etc.
- Excellent knowledge in SHE regulation, industrial act, environmental regulation
- To be placed in South Sumatera
