HSE & ISO Officer (Safety Health & Environment)
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- To take care, promote and coordinate for achievement of the safety health and environment to meet the legal and other standard requirements
- To ensure that ISO and safety health and environment system has been implemented and followed regularly and also reviewed including improved
- To develop and maintain ISO-14001, 9001 & OHSAS-18001 system
- To monitoring HAZOP and Risk Analysis of maintenance job
- Communicate with communities and neighbor company around IRPL advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.
- Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation; preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy

- Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced;
- Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;
- Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
- Leading in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks;
- Keeping records of inspections findings and producing reports that suggest improvements;
- Ensuring the safe installation of equipment;
Requirements:
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or related field is required for this position.
- Has a safety officer professional level
- Has a Knowledge of Risk Assessment such HAZOP study, etc.
- Has experience of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS or TIS 18001
- Certification of ISO and AK3 from Labor Dept.
- Able to handle the duty of Safety Health Environment and fire Fighting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to Use MS. Windows and MS Office
- Competencies in problem analysis, Presentation skill, delegation and follow up
- High responsibility, hard work and good motivation.
- Accurate in numbers, proactive, good motivation
- Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
